In today's Episode, We're (Carlos and Ryan) going to address our concerns about mental health in the field of Emergency Medicine. A lot of times we don't seek help for a number of reasons. So, today we're going to share some of our own experiences with you and talk about the importance of addressing the need to seek professional help, and letting go of the stigma attached to asking for help.
